IT Concepts (ITC) won the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Office of Human Resources (OHR) Operations & Services (OS) unrestricted Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. As the first unrestricted contract vehicle win for IT Concepts, it is evident they are making strides with their strategic growth plan. The scope of this contract provides for end-to-end HR expertise and support, to include: 1) HR strategy and policy; 2) Recruitment, hiring, and staffing; 3) Talent management, 4) Workforce analysis and surveys; 5) Career development design and program support; and 6) Performance Management.

This vehicle provides ITC opportunities to expand their already deep expertise in HR support. ITC has a footprint at DIA performing HR Information Services support, as well, as at US Patents and Trade Office (USPTO). ITC is looking forward to continuing to grow at DIA through this vehicle.
