IT Concepts wins a multi-million-dollar multi-year contract with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Human Resource Information Systems Division Support Services (HRIS DSS). This represents an important win for IT Concepts, since the company was founded on the concept of “People First” by the COO, Amy Johnson, who has an extensive background in Human Capital (HC) and Human Resources (HR) and has continued to drive the same principals in everything we do. We are excited to continue delivering services to the USPTO with our proven, flexible team of HC/HR professionals.
Pinakin Patel, the ITC CEO, commented on the award,
“With this win, IT Concepts further enhances the Digital Transformation portfolio and deepens its relationship with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Office of Human Resources (OHR). We are ecstatic and honored to be working with the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Division to assist USPTO in supporting and deploying human capital technical solutions that make sense. We believe our HRIS modernization focus will be an asset to both current and future support service needs within USPTO.”
