For the second year in a row, IT Concepts (ITC) was named as an awardee of two diversity lists on Washington Business Journal.
IT Concepts is proud to announce we were ranked #15 on the Corporate Diversity Index – Midsize Companies list, as well as #21 on the Companies Owned by People of Color list.
These lists were decided upon and ranked by the percentage of total employees that are people of color. This is a testament to IT Concepts’ commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We strive to promote equality across all aspects of business and are proud of our initiatives doing so.
Tom Swerdzewski, ITC Chief of Staff, reiterates:
“We are proud to be recognized as an employer committed to cultivating a culture of diversity and inclusion. We understand that we are able to grow, learn, and support our clients better with a diverse team of talented individuals. The collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, self expression, and talents that our employees invest in their work supporting our clients truly represents not only our culture but our reputation.”
Thank you Washington Business Journal for the recognition, we are proud to be recognized in these lists and excited to continue our work towards equality for all.
