This award is a testament to the diverse staff led by Pinakin Patel, CEO, and the executive team [Tom Swerdzewski (COO), Bri Brodeur (CxO), Jon Hammond (CINO), Tom Fogarty (CSO), and Eric Junker (CFO)]. ITC values the diversity of thought, perspectives, and experience from all staff and strategically invested to ensure the growth trajectory does not come at the expense of our culture. The year ahead is bringing a new learning management experience, a dedicated employee engagement lead, a focus on our veteran employee experience, and many other endeavors.

CxO, Bri Brodeur noted, “Yes, we are growing, but at the same time we are ensuring that every individual is given the platform to be heard and reach personal goals.
