The Systems Information Technology Support (SITS) for the Social Security Administration is a $100M, five and a half-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide enterprise program management and IT support for 62K federal SSA employees, across 1,500+ facilities including regional offices, 1,230 field offices and other SSA locations, from mainframe support, to specific applications (SSASy, QUART, etc.) to program management/business process analysis.

ITC Capabilities for SSA SITS

ITC provides very relevant enterprise-wide IT and programmatic support services, including, SSA’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in support of SSA’s mission critical goals and objectives, especially those activities related to the continued and expanded use of IT products and services. The primary customers of these services are SSA component offices responsible for the maintenance, development, and evolution of the Agency’s IT and telecommunications capabilities, as well as other programmatic functions –including: Office of Budget, Finance, Quality and Management, Office of Communications, Office of Disability Adjudication and Review, Office of Human Resources, Office of Operations, Office of Retirement and Disability Policy, and the Office of Systems.
